Transshipment
Sometimes the logistical process of transport is not the end of the story and goods need to continue for distribution. At Alpi was can also arrange transshipment. Transshipment means moving goods from one transport mode to another, or transferring goods to another packaging company. If there is a change to the type of transport it is called modal shift.
